Ilana J. Miller, LL.M. Family Law
Chartered Mediator | Certified Arbitrator | Certified Parenting Coordinator
Ilana J. Miller is a Chartered Mediator—Canada’s highest designation—and a Certified Arbitrator and Parenting Coordinator, with over twenty years of experience in family law dispute resolution.
She holds an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto, along with graduate degrees in Child and Family Psychology and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Family Law and Dispute Resolution from Osgoode Hall Law School. This combined legal and psychological training informs a practice that is both analytically rigorous and deeply attuned to family dynamics.
Ilana’s work spans mediation, arbitration, parenting coordination, and Voice of the Child reporting. She approaches each matter with professionalism, sound judgment, and cultural sensitivity, carefully tailoring process and structure to the needs of each family.
Her practice is grounded in the belief that even complex and high-conflict matters can be resolved with clarity, dignity, and durable outcomes when guided by thoughtful process and genuine engagement.
Proudly serving families across Toronto, Ontario, and beyond.
